Advance Mail - Upload a File

Please send data in a text comma-delimited format. If you are unable to use this format, the following are also acceptable:

Dbase (DBF)
Space Delimited (SDF)
Tab Delimited File
Microsoft Excel File

Include a header record in the file or send email with file layout explaining which fields are to be used. If it is a Space Delimited File, please include the field lengths. Also, specify if an Address Correction Code is to be used and include any other special instructions about your mailing.

Customers can send files for mail purposes using one of the following easy upload processes:

Quick Data Upload

Compress Data using WinZip or another zipping utility for larger files
Enter the file area by clicking HERE
Click the browse button
Select the file from your hard drive
Click on the upload button

Email Instructions

Compress Data
Include a description of the job and file layout in the email
Attach file to email
Send email to data@advancemail.com

FTP Instructions

Compress Data
Point to ftp.advancemail.com in your web browser
ID - Please call us for user ID
Password - Please call us for the password
Path - root (do not create a new directory)
